It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Albert Young Sr. of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, born in Hokendauqua, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 22, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn D. Cornell (Greensweig); his parents, Eckert Young and Leona Irene (Henry W. Dotter); his sons, Larry A. Young and William A. Cornell; his grandson Richard R. Young, Jr.; and his sisters, Lorraine Young, Althea Burger, Justine Bailer and Dorothy LeVan.
He is survived by: his children, Albert W. Young, Jr. of Allentown, Diane Nest of Latrobe, Rose Ann Semmel of Allentown, Linda M. Leitgep of Bethlehem, Richard R. Young (Deborah) of Quakertown and Helen E. Moyer (Chad) of West Reading; and his sister Helen E. Morris of Allentown. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Social distancing will be observed and we request that face coverings be worn inside the funeral home.
