Rouke Jr. of Bethel, Pennsylvania, born in Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 3, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Rouke, Sr. and Frances Morris Rouke; his wife Lillian A. Rowe Rouke; and his brother Richard K. Rouke. He is survived by: his daughters, Judith R. Rowe (Charles) and Christine F. Wright (Robert); his brother James D. Rouke; his grandchildren, Bill Rowe, Matt Rowe, Amanda Powell and Allison Fischer; and his great grandchildren, Morgan, Kayla Powell, Benjamin and Jacob Fischer.
