With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard D. Welker of Bethel, Pennsylvania, born in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 20, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis E. Welker and Fern Lolita Welker (Traxler) of St. Clair; and his wife Almenia Welker (Evans). He is survived by: his children, Frank E. Welker of Pine Grove, Kimberly A. Heck (Edward D.) and Karen S. Pattison (Steven).
