Felty (Frey); his mother Maria Frances Felty (Serba); his children, Wade Felty, Christina Felty (Stuart Knox), Schuyler Felty (Angela), Kevin Felty (Sarah), Chase Zserai (Andrea), Christa Felty (Zachary Valencik) and Leviticus Felty; his grandchildren, Evan Keller, Emily Valencik, Charlee Valencik and Avalon Valencik; and his siblings, Dana Felty (Joyce) and Janine Jonovich (Christopher). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
