She is survived by: her husband James E. Balsbaugh; her daughters, Danielle Short (Josh) of Bethel, PA and Kaitlyn Hurst (Roy) of Reinholds, PA; her grandchildren, Emma Short, Elsie Short, Melanie Hurst and Wyatt Hurst; her sisters, Mary Ann Hoover (Dean), Dorcas Breckbill (Rodney) and Rosene Martin (Ivan); her brother-in-law Galen Clemmer (June); and her stepsiblings, Dorothy McDowell (Josh), Steve Youd (Debbie) and Sally Rudd (Armin). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
