He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul E. Bartsch and Luella B. Bartsch (Weinhold); and his brother Scott D. Bartsch (Cindy). He is survived by: his wife Linda Bartsch (Bauder); his daughters, Justina M. Earwood (Tim), Lyn C. Kitchenoff (Morgan) and Andrea S. Hardick (Jeffrey); his sister Sandra Y. Scheetz (Terry); and his granddaughters, Celissa M. Kitchenoff and Clara E. Hardick.
