He was predeceased by: his parent George Herb; and his brothers, Kenneth Herb, Donald Herb and Frederick Herb. He is survived by: his spouse Bonnie L. Herb (Smith); his parent Hazel Herb (Wuchter); his daughter Shana L.; his spouse Christopher Johannessen of Allentown; his son Michael H. Herb; his stepdaughters, Lori Schwab of Bonita Springs, FL and Amy Schwab-Emert; his sister Marilyn Zerbe of Orwigsburg; his grandchildren, Liliana, Lloyd, Wyatt and Walden; and also Reading.
