He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Connie G. Girt (Howell) and Edward Sedlacek. He is survived by: his parents, Todd E. Sedlacek and Laura L. Sedlacek (Girt) of Bethel Township; his brothers, Abe, Joshua Sedlacek (Allison) of Apollo, Nathaniel Sedlacek (Melissa) of Leechburg and Abraham Sedlacek of Bethel Township; his nephews, Elijah, Isaac and Isaiah; his niece Katherine; and his grandparents, Robert D. "Bob" Girt of Washington Township and Mary Kay Sedlacek (Haugh) of Lower Burrell.
