He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel A. Hoffman and Leah Hoffman (Boyer). He is survived by: his wife Marjorie G. Hoffman (Hamm); his daughter Tara Ann Rollins (Robert); and his grandson Ian T. Rollins.
