He was predeceased by: his parents, Konstantinos Galanis and Maria Galanis; and his siblings, Demetra Ladas and Panagiotis Galanis (Taki). He is survived by: his daughters, Maria Lamorey (Christopher) and Eleni Lucido (Brett); his grandchildren, Georgia Lamorey, Makena and Nicholas Lucido; and his siblings, Efthymia Fronimadis of Montreal and Tasia Zarkos of Stimanga. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
