He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. William R. Bailey, Jr. and Dr. Mary Lynch Bailey; and his sister Margaret Herrle (Richard). He is survived by: his wife Lill; his children, Mary Jo and Thomas; and his siblings, Bill (Barbara), Jim, Mary, Patricia Ward (Mike), Kathleen Varley (Kevin) and Eleanor.
