He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Miller; his grandson Tim Miller; and his sister Carolyn Ferguson. He is survived by: his children, Russ Miller (Cindy), Clayton Phillips, Trudy Friend (Joe), Ted Miller and Rhonda Del Mastro (Dino); his grandchildren, Russell Miller, Brian Miller, Jaret Hazlett, Shelby Aiello, Paul Miller, Matt Ryan (Sara), Taylor Ryan, Carly Friend, Sarah Miller and Heather Miller; his great grandchildren, Hailey, Isiah, Jax, Gino and Cole; and his brother Bob Miller.
