He is survived by: his wife Janet Whitmer; his daughters, Kim Sweat (Gary) and Tammy Hodak (Mike); his grandchildren, Morgen Wade (Andy), Elizabeth Sweat, Andy Hodak (Mackenzie), Andrew Sweat (Pam), Katelyn Boley (Jason) and Emily Sweat; his great grandchildren, Lauren Wade, Isla, Harper Hodak, Leyton, Noah Sweat and Jane Boley; and his brothers, Edward, William, Larry and Owen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
