He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra L. Baker (Waldo); his son James R. Baker; and his sister Mary Anne Boes. He is survived by: his children, Pam Vollmer (Jude), Michael S. Baker and Ryan Vollmer; and his sister Ruth Joki.
