It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis M. McAllister of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 8, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip M. Costello and Helen Costello; her former husband B. Joseph McAllister; and her sister Elizabeth Ashenfelder. She is survived by: her sister Helen Higgins; her children, Kathleen S. McAllister (Tony Yonto), Diane McAllister (Lori Kilburn), Joseph B. McAllister (Hilda), James K. McAllister (Sheila), Michael S. McAllister (Mary) and Mary Beth Thelk (Richard); her great grandchildren, Caleigh R. King, Reagan K. King, Bodhi Rau, Sage Rau, Kaia J. Yonto, Elena McAllister, Elisa McAllister, Cody Patterson, Caleb Patterson, Audrey Claire Patterson, Harvey Boone Bartlett, Henry McAllister, Wesley McAllister and Katherine McAllister; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Higgins, Ashenfelder and Zawistoski. She is also survived by 24 Grandchildren.
