He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Jackowski and Max Jackowski; his wife Ruth Jackowski; and his siblings, Lois Wilson and Eddie Jackowski.
He is survived by: his children, Joyce Falsetti (Andrew) and Stephen Jackowski (Brooke); his sister Irene Shuminsky (Rege); and his grandchildren, Samantha, Lindsey, Nicolette, Stephen, Vinny and Mia. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
