She is survived by: her children, Kim Phillips, Dolores DalPos (Alan), Linda Hoffman (David) and Janet Phillips; her grandchildren, Rachel Phillips (Zhong Yang), David Hoffman Jr. (LeeAnna) and Jared Hoffman (Elise Mowrey); her great grandchildren, Jaylynn and Mayson Yang; and her siblings, William Herman, Carol Griffith and Diane Hanrahan. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
