He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Kuglar and Margaret Kuglar. He is survived by: his wife Donna Kuglar (Andrews); his children, Mark Kuglar, Jr. (Amanda) and Rebecca Steiner (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Connor Kuglar and Lainey Kuglar Born; and his siblings, Stephen Kuglar, Paul Kuglar (Betsy) and Mary Ann Welte (Dan). He is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, and Great Nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Donna Kuglar.
