She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Sr. Dowalo and Emily B. Dowalo (Stewart); her husband Joseph J. Misanik; and her children, Christine Misanik, Holly Buchak and Joseph G. Misanik.
She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth Sichi of Peters Twp; her brother John Jr. (Margaret Dowalo); her grandchildren, Sasha Misanik and Sabastian Buchak; her sisters-in-law, Linda Misanik of New Eagle, Joyce (Rick Allen) of New Eagle, Joanne Misanik of New Eagle and Janet (James Bath) of New Eagle; and her friend Fran Emery of Donora.
