He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hixenbaugh and Susanna Hixenbaugh; and his siblings, Shirley Salvadori and John Hixenbaugh. He is survived by: his wife Janice Hixenbaugh (Jobkar); his children, Frank Hixenbaugh Jr. (Amanda) and Sharon Mehalic (Bill); his grandchildren, Matthew Mehalic, Coleman and Campbell Hixenbaugh; and his siblings, Freda McClain, Fran Zeszutek and Charlie Hixenbaugh.
