He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Connell and Anna Connell (Mascenik); and his brother Mark Connell. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Connell (Betcher); his children, Daniel (Lisa), Erin Quigley (Matthew) and Michael (Bernadett); his siblings, Melanie and Patrick (Maria); his grandchildren, Charlotte, Benjamin Quigley, Matthew and Gavin Ennis (Katherine); his great grandchildren, Lily and Andrew Ennis; his nieces, Stephanie and Bridget Connell; and his family Frank.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul (http://www.svdppitt.org) or the Bethel Park Public Library (http://www.bethelparklibrary.org) in Frank's memory.
