He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Markely and Anna Markely (Sharik); and his brother Joseph Markely. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Markely (Eustis); his children, Richard Markely (Melissa) and Pamela Podlogar (Jeffrey); and his grandchildren, Craig Markely, Tim Markely, Kevin Markely, Jessica Podlogar and Ryan Podlogar. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
