He was predeceased by: his father James Lemley. He is survived by: his mother Anna Mae (Headlee); his children, Shaun (Carie), Lisa, Kevin (Melissa), Kimmi, David Jr. and Joey; his grandchildren, Victoria, McKenzie, Angelina, Gianni, Taylor, Olivia, Parker and Weston; his sister Debbie Kroll (Tom); his nephew Brian; and his nieces, Shawna and Donna.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Paul Henny Funeral Home (5570 Library Rd, Bethel Park, PA 15102). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
