He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kral and Thelma Kral; and his wife Patricia Kral (Pirrung). He is survived by: his son Brian Kral (Aimee); his grandson Ethan Kral; his sister Mary Ann Hall (David); his brother-in-law Dennis Pirrung (Ruth); his niece Renee Zialkowski (Gary); his nephew Jeffrey Hall (Jill); his great-niece Alison Hall; and his great-nephew Patrick Hall (Kaitlin).

“Dear Family of Charlie, we were so sorry to hear of Chucks passing. My husband and I worked with Charlie for many years at Burrell Scientific. He was so funny. There was never a day that passed that he didn't make us laugh. And he was the smartest man! There wasn't a question he couldn't answer. We lost touch after our retire but I did play a few games with him on Facebook. Sorry we didn't attend the viewing we just found out about his death today. Phil and Kathy Vargo”
