He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanne Belback (Chambon) and Ignatz Belback; and his siblings, Ray Belback, Achille Belback and Louise Zay.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Belback; his children, Arthur Jr. (Chris), Kurt (Aimee), Mark (Tammy), Patrice (Robert) and Todd (Maya); his grandchildren, Caroline, Melissa, Michal, Lea, Deborah, Justin, Cary, Christie, Blake, Grant, Robbie, Lisa and Mariel; and his great grandchildren, Genevieve, Isabelle, Julia, Gabriel, Haylee, Hayden, Karson, Logan, Wyatt, Corinne, Audrey Ella, Orion and Emily. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Arthur's name can be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society or Little Sisters of the Poor.
