He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Webb and Hazel Webb (Harold); his former wife Jaqueline Marion (Ryhal); and his granddaughter Sharon Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie L. Webb (Huffman); his children, Robert L. Webb Jr. of Sandy Lake, OH, Bradley S. Webb, Sr. of New Castle, Shawna L. Werstler of Koppel, PA, Shelly L. Rush of New Castle, Michael P. Webb (Kristen) of New Castle, Melinda K. Kendall (Mark Kendall Jr.) of New Castle and Krystal M. Clingensmith (Cody) of New Castle; and his siblings, Dale Webb, Rick Webb and Wanda Delu. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
