It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Louise Biggers of Berwyn, Pennsylvania, born in Rock Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on October 31, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Floyd Biggers, Sr.; her daughter Glenda Louise; and her siblings, Owen, Calvert, James, Carrie, Thomas, Cynthia, Ward and Bobbie.
She is survived by: her children, Gladys Jackson, Floyd Biggers, Jr. and Gail Biggers; and her grandchildren, Richelle Cross, Justin Holland, Vanessa Holland, Mateen Biggers, Yolanda Biggers-Rhoades, Anthony Dennis, Michael Dennis, Paul Jones and Jennifer Alston. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.
In 1952, Louise and Floyd moved to Berwyn, PA to pursue better job opportunities with their two small children, Gladys Yvonne and Floyd, Jr. Louise began working at the Devereux Foundation assisting the special needs residents.
