He was predeceased by: his parents, Veronica Gross and Patrick Gross; and his siblings, Pat Gross, Mary Devine and Theresa Brewton.

He is survived by: his sisters, Frances Gawricki and Elizabeth Valley; his niece Debra Anne Pitt; and his nephews, Robert Brewton and Kevin Gawricki.
