He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael F. Shannahan and Margaret F. Shannahan (Donnelly); and his brother Michael (Mary F. Luebker). He is survived by: his wife Carol (Coyne); and his children, Maureen (Brian Connor), Michael (Denise), Barbara, Albert (Monica), Joan and Joseph (Eileen). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and an extended family.
