He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sambuco, Sr. and Gloria Sambuco (Lalli); and his daughter-in-law Yvette Sambuco (Goff). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Sperling; his children, Frank Sambuco III, Gina (Sambuco), Sam Garisto, Mike and Lauren Sambuco (Zakheim); and his granddaughters, Dana and Emma Sambuco.
