She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harold E. Wagoner and Ruth C. Wagoner; her husband Stephen Wayne Belliveau; and her daughters, Suzanne, Stephanie and Samantha.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Cynthia's honor to Unite For HER, an organization providing breast and ovarian cancer patients comprehensive education, services, and tools that enrich their health and well-being.
