(Talbot) Koester (Berwick, Pennsylvania), born in Shawnee, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 9, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvis L. Ward and Lucilla M. Talbot Ward (Burlison); and her brother Kenneth Talbot. She is survived by: her husband Victor Koester; her children, Judy Devine (Mike) and Ted Koester (Lorraine); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Koester (Aaron Koch) and Eric Koester. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
