He was predeceased by: his parents, Ardena M. (Weiss) and Lawrence Dawson, Sr.; his wife Lenida A. Dawson (Yohey); his great grandchild Abigail Dawson; and his siblings, Lawrence "Art" Jr., Doyle, Richard, Glenwood Dawson and Ila Mae Dawson.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Dawson, Jr. (Twila), Terry Dawson, Sr. (Deanna), Timmy Dawson (Gloria), Todd Dawson (Julie), Coatsville, Tyler Dawson and Laurie Fyock (Mike Scott); his siblings, Ray Dawson, Bob Dawson (Diane), Bill Dawson, Dave Dawson (Barb) and Carol Dawson of Hobbie; his sisters-in-law, Dixie Dawson, Leila Dawson, Janet Dawson and Limerick; and his son-in-law Tim Fyock. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
