She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Ford, Jr. and Bonnie L. Perko; her grandparents, Maurice, Dorothy Ford, Frank and Helen Perko; and her niece Brianna.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Rubenstein, Jr.; her son Jason E. Nowakoski (Shayla) of Mifflinville; her stepdaughters, Laura Champ (Jeremy) of Nescopeck and Lisa Marie McAfee (Joshua) of Las Vegas, NV; her grandchildren, Brooklyn and Jayda Nowakoski; her stepgrandchildren, Ty and Mia Champ; her siblings, Jennie Nowakoski and Tony Ford of Mt. Carmel; her aunts, Trudy of Berwick and Hollie of South Carolina; and her sister-in-law Krista of North Carolina. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the college fund for each of her granddaughters with checks made payable to Jason Nowakoski or Don Rubenstein. Donations can also be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
