She was predeceased by: her father John Motichak; and her grandparents, Harry, Louise Bredbenner (Henrie), Alex and Anna Motichak (Huda).
She is survived by: her mother Jane L. Motichak (Bredbenner); her pets, Penny and Dakota; her brothers, Pat Motichak and Robert Motichak; her nieces and nephews, Miranda and Rob Motichak; and her friend Micheal Nacinovich of Berwick.
