She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson B. Kulp and Grace Kulp (Michael); her husband Marvin B. Shultz; her daughter Roxann Shultz; her granddaughter Alexis Fulkersin; her brothers, Kenneth Kulp (Elsie) and Larry Kulp; her son-in-law David V. Fulkersin; and her siblings-in-law, Candy Kulp and Fred Keck.
She is survived by: her children, Rex A. Shultz (Trudy), Roger B. Shultz, Rose M. Fulkersin of Berwick, Ruby L. (Grant Monroe) of Spring and Rolene (Jeriel Komstock) of Salem, S. C.; her siblings, Nelson Kulp, Jr. (Nina) of Berwick, Alfred Kulp of Berwick and Ruth Keck of Berwick; her sister-in-law Bonnie Kulp of Berwick; and also Darcy Affronie of Berwick.
