It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelbey Grey Culver (Berwick, Pennsylvania), born in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 8, 2020, at the age of 20, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandmother Carol Minnier. She is survived by: her parents, Todd Culver and Michele Culver (Minnier) of Berwick; her sisters, Whitley Culver and Tawney Culver; her grandparents, Paul, Emily Culver (Killian), Arthur, Mary Ann Naugle (Bittenbender) and David Minnier; her aunts and uncles, Colleen (Ed Lanning), Bret (Kristin Culver), Penny (Len Hill), Travis (Kristina Culver), Heather (Brian Seigfried), Corin (John Ulichney), Laurie (Steve Clark) and Geoffrey Naugle; her cousins, Clint, Laura, Brandon, Janelle, Michael, Jenny, Maddie, Bella, Levi, Grace, Daniel, Charlee, Hillary, Stephanie and Melanie; and her close friend Cindy Shoemaker.
