He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Bower and Helen Hayman (Welsh); his wife Darlene Mae Grant; and his son Randy Bower. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Goetz of Norfolk, VA, Susan Morgan (Jim) of Berwick and Scott Bower (Patti) of Berwick; his grandchildren, Christopher Goetz of Norfolk, VA, Amy Bandics (Dallas Hooper) of Berwick, Michael Bower of Mifflinville and Matthew Bower of Berwick; and his great grandchild Taylor Goetz of Florida.
