He was predeceased by: his parent Gloria D. Sr (Eroh); and his brother Duane Holter. He is survived by: his parent Leroy M. Holter, Sr.; his son David Holter of Pottsville; and his brothers, Rick Holter (Patricia) of Trucksville, Leroy Holter, Jr. (Michelle) and Timothy Holter of Warren, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
