He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Bower, Jr. and Joan S. Bower (Ursi); and his wife Janette M. Mensinger. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Bobbi Lynn Monroe of California; his granddaughter Annika Allison; his brother Donald J. Bower (Carolyn) of Catawissa; and his niece Rachel Hawk of Maryland.
