Mensinger (Berwick, Pennsylvania), born in Mifflinville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 5, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Mensinger and Dorothy Mensinger (McCabe); and his siblings, Howard Carl Mensinger, Donald Mensinger, Jan Bower and Cindy Anewalt.

He is survived by: his significant other Linda Hanus Smith; and his siblings, Thomas Mensinger and Karen Mensinger of Berwick.
