He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lynch and Valeria Lynch (Bower); his wife Shirley Kehl; and his son Scott Carey. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Young (Daniel) of Bloomsburg and Richard E. Lynch II; his wife Karen Lynch of Dunmore, PA; his stepdaughters, Susan Carey of Mt, Carmel and Patricia Bourdelais (John) of Denver, CO; his sister Sandra Pollock of Berwick; and also Randall Lynch of Orangeville. He is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
