She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Romanelli and Angeline Romanelli (Dalto); her husband Dominick Salem; her daughter Bonnie Fink; her grandson Jeremy; and her siblings, Joe Romanelli, Pat Romanelli, Mary Regan, Dora Dolimpio, Tess Quinn, Jean Allen, Edith DiPasquale and Rose Harmon.

She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Bitler (Brent) of Berwick and Donna Rummel of Mesa, AZ; her grandchildren, Chrissy, Nick, Nicole, Jeri, Andrew and Joseph; her great grandchildren, Natalia, Aubri, Avery, Taylor, Bennett, Carter and Chase; and her sister Anne Pitarra of Pittston.

“It is with deep sadness that I have lost such a wonderful neighbor and friend of many years. Regina was such an inspiration with her "can do" attitude and her work ethic. She loved to work in her yard and enjoyed caring for her older neighbors. I used to refer to them as the golden girls with Edna taking off to Florida each year and Rose only coming outside in the spring and summer. Regina would pick up church dinners or groceries and offer help with anything they needed. God Bless her..”
