He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Bert and Grace Elizabeth Kulp Sr. (Michael); his siblings, Shirley Shultz (Marvin), Kenneth Kulp (Elsie) and Larry Kulp, Sr.; his siblings-in-law, Fred Keck and Kathleen Kulp; and his son-in-law Jon J. Girton.
He is survived by: his wife Nina Lee Pifer; his daughters, Lorie Ann Girton of Berwick and Juliann K. Fedder (Marc) of Lime Ridge; his siblings, Alfred Kulp of Berwick and Ruthie Keck of Berwick; his sister-in-law Bonnie Kulp of Berwick; his nephew Larry Hauck (Stacy); his grandchildren, Kristen Girton, Brandon Girton (Angie), Megan Girton, Brooke Faus (Justin) and Alyssa Halye (Larry); and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, LeeAnn, Mattelyn, Amelia, Nelson and Everleigh.
