Smith of Bloomsburg, Stacy L. Smith of Bloomsburg, Steve J. Smith (Valerie) of Berwick, Scott A. Smith of Montandon and Brad J. Smith of Berwick; and her sisters, Joline Thoryk of Bloomsburg, Jill (Chris Chandler) of Bloomsburg, Kay Boudman of Bloomsburg, Jan Farrar of Bloomsburg, Jackie (Rich Rupp) of Bloomsburg, Judy Kressler of Bloomsburg and Joyce (Jim Hammer) of Bloomsburg. She is also survived by six grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
