She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert L. Hahn and Thelma A. Hahn (Whitenight); her husband Jay L. Fowler Sr. Together; her son Robert "Scooter" Slusser; and her sister Peggy Wallace.
She is survived by: her children, Vallerie Fowler (Ron Dymond), Kay Harner (Steve), Jennifer Fowler (Tommie Splain) and Jay Fowler Jr.; her grandchild Briah Long; her children, Ryan Harner, Ronnie Dymond Jr., Kayleigh Harner, Blake Harner, Josh Dymond, Trevor Fowler and Phoenix Fowler; her great grandchild Chase Long; and her brothers, Jim Hahn and Albert Hahn (Sylvia). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
