With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda J. Weisbrod of Berwick, Pennsylvania, born in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 4, 2020 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Linda J. Weisbrod to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice E. Hons and Esther E. Hons (Gotshal); her husband Ralph D. Weisbrod; her son Steven Weisbrod; and her siblings, John J. Hons, Jacob R. Hons, David C. Hons, Betty J. Hayle, Melva Kingsbury, Bertha MacNamara, Evelyn J. Horachak, Rose VanDuzer and Susan Daubert.
She is survived by: her close friend Vince Morgan, Jr.; her daughters, Patricia Smith (Gordon), Barbara Hartman (Barry), Brenda Kulp (David Slusser), Debra Featherman (Eric Harvey), Sandra Weisbrod (Rush Boone, Jr.) and Kathleen Goss (Richard); her stepsons, Lester and Johnny Weisbrod; and her siblings, Edward E. Hons, Marlene Cole, Calline Ernst and Eleanor Searfoss. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; over 30 great grandchildren; and several great-great grandchildren.
Due to the Covid 19 restrictions, the family will schedule memorial services for a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be given to the family or funeral home to help defray her final expenses.
