He is survived by: his wife Beverly Slusser; his children, Pamela J. Harker (Leon), Cindy L. Shoemaker (Steve), Holly L. O'Brien (Patrick), Laura Edson and Jessie Balliet (Nancy) of Phelps, NY; and his grandchildren, Stevie, Scott, Sean, Cherish, Lacey and Laura.
