He was predeceased by: his parent James I.; and his sister Jackie Siesputowski. He is survived by: his parent Jean A. Hornberger (Judge); his significant other Betty Harmon; his son Christopher Hornberger of Benton; his grandchildren, Hope Hornberger and Shawn Hornberger; his siblings, Donald Hons (Margie), Beaver Valley, Peter Hornberger and Lori Ann Walls (Wayne) of Berwick; and his brother-in-law Ronnie Siesputowski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to help with the final expenses.
