He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Futoma and Mary Futoma (Krupyak); and his brothers, John, Henry and Ed Futoma.
He is survived by: his wife Anna M. Futoma (Williams); his daughters, JoAnn Dressler (Dave), AnnMarie Jones (Ken) and Julianne Smith (James); his grandchildren, Abby Henrickson (Ryan) and Matthew Lynn; his great grandchild Willow; and his sister Irene Cardone. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
